Phone Calls


In order to better serve our patients, phone calls are automatically forwarded to the medical staff’s voice mail while they are seeing patients in office. Voice mail messages will indicate to you when you can expect a return phone call. It is not necessary to leave several messages on several different voice mails. In fact, this may actually cause a delay in your call being returned. If you do not receive a call back at the time indicated in the voice mail message, please ask for the operator and she can personally give a message to your medical staff.

Please allow 48 hours for prescription refills. It is important that you tell us which pharmacy you use, the pharmacy phone number, your name, birth date and the medication you need refilled.  We will only refill medications prescribed by our physicians. Prescription refills and/or requests for pain medication cannot be handled after hours or on the weekends.
